BIO

I grew up in St. Paul, MN. with Mom, Dad, one older brother, and one younger sister.

 Being athletic in sports throughout my life, mainly with the sport of gymnastics. Dance, diving, track and field were some secondary sports I participated in. I then coached and judged gymnastic meets after my competitive days were over, to stay involved in the sport. 

After high school, went on to get a degree in Graphic Communications at Dakota County Technical Institute. Worked in this field until 1991.

Moving to San Diego, CA in 1986, I took up weight training. By 1988 I began competing in local bodybuilding shows, placing in the top of my division. I am still competing to this day at a national level. 

In 1991 began a career as a postal carrier in the San Diego, CA area.

In 1996, I started personal training at some of the local gyms part time. In 1998 I quit my full time job as a government employee and became certified personal trainer at NCSF (National Council of Strength & Fitness) I now personal train clients with weights, help them with their nutrition, and do guest appearances at the local bodybuilding shows. I have been able to turn my hobby and love for fitness into my career and help other people with their goals.

 Being fit led to an interesting experience in my life. I was asked to play a gym teacher in a feature film “Scary Movie”. Definitely a fun and unique experience, which has led to other entertainment work as well, TV, commercials. Went on to study acting with instructor Shawn Nelson, and at San Diego City College.

Another interesting experience was in 1992 I did a pro style wrestling exhibition with legendary pro wrestler "Killer Kowalski" in San Bernadino, CA.

I enjoy traveling, investments - real estate/stocks, scuba diving, rollerblading, biking, tennis, martial arts and just being out doors in the sun and fresh air.
